With spectacular estuary views, this apartment occupies an enviable position in South Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can soak it all in from the private terrace or while swimming in the communal pool (open seasonally). There’s a restaurant on site and it’s just a short stroll along the seafront to the centre of Salcombe. You may hear some noise from the local pub during your stay, but you will find plenty of space and a lovely sense of community.

There is free private parking for one car here.
The swimming pool, garden and laundry facilities are shared with the building's other residents – please note the swimming pool is open from the 29th of April to the end of September.
This apartment is not suitable for children under the age of eight – if you are travelling with younger guests, the room with bunk beds is best suited to teenagers.
Please note there is no door separating the master bedroom from its bathroom.
It’s also possible for the second bedroom to be arranged as a twin or a super king on request.
The indoor dining table and outdoor breakfast bar have seating for 5 guests.
There's a pub nearby, so expect to hear some noise during your stay.
