This Georgian beauty set along the Salcombe-Kingsbridge estuary offers luxury and style in equal measure. Thanks to a sympathetic extension, there’s room for all ten of you to pile in at this design-savvy home. Spill out into the smart drawing room with a log burner and glorious views over the estuary, or sneak into the second sitting room for some quiet time. Outside, the manicured lawns lead down to a private quay and shingle beach – perfect for paddling or crab fishing at low tide. Fancy a change of scene? Central Kingsbridge, with an established restaurant scene, is just a ten-minute walk away.
