Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This home is a busy mix of eclectic furniture, loft windows, exposed brick walls and Yucca plants. The bedrooms have a bit of dorm-like feel and the beds aren’t the most luxurious, but this is still a great spot in the heart of the East Village. Although this area is a little disconnected from the rest of Manhattan, it is best known these days for exciting nights out at trendy bars, and great restaurants. We recommend staying here if you’re happy to explore this very authentic and vibrant neighbourhood.

Home truths

This is an older building and there are definite signs of wear and tear

The two single beds are not of the highest quality and probably best suited for children

This is a busy home, clutter-phobes will want to stay away

There is no central air conditioning in this home, only standing AC units in each room

The bedrooms need an update and give off a bit of a dorm vibe

The home has limited storage space

There is limited hot water so with a full house you may want to keep showers short
