Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
With an eclectic blend of interior pieces, this smart and well-positioned apartment feels equal parts conservative as it does modern & contemporary. Within, the living room is a joy to spend time in owing to the giant floor-to-ceiling sash windows and plush furnishings. The location of this home is particularly noteworthy too, being a stone's throw from Holland Park station and Holland Park Avenue. While its closeness to the main road might put off light sleepers, this is a fantastic choice for those looking for a modern flat in an impressive Notting Hill locale.

Home truths
This home is on a busy road so you should expect to hear the traffic, particularly from the second bedroom which only has single glazing
A fifth guest may sleep on the sofa bed but it's a little basic (just a foam click-clack one) so it's probably best for shorter stays
Please bear in mind this is a lived-in home and so does show some signs of wear and tear, including the shared entrance
This home is on the first floor with no lift so not everyone will appreciate the free workout
