While the sun is not always guaranteed, you've always got plenty of sea and sand at this detached home peering across the North Sea in Cromer. We love the panoramic view offered in the living room, and while we think you'll spend most of your time at the beach, the enclosed garden is perfect for a private picnic. During parts of August, the Cromer Carnival comes to town and sets up shop on the grass out front – make sure to check this year's dates if you prefer your sea views unobstructed.

Home truths
Cromer Carnival takes place in August each year with some events being held on the grassy area between the house and the sea. During this time, sea views will be obstructed and there will be noise during the day and evening.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot, safety gate and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The garden is fully enclosed, so it's a safe place for children to play.
There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to four cars here.
