Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This warm and comfortable home is a great base for a family break. It’s ideally situated close to the shops, galleries and cafes of the Mumbles, as well as the beach – and there’s even an outdoor shower in the courtyard garden for you to rinse off sandy toes. When you want to explore further afield, you can drive along the Gower Peninsula to visit historic castles, stroll along the coast, and check out the beaches. This period home isn’t the flashiest in our collection, but we think it’s a homey spot and we love the location.

Home truths

There’s parking in the garage for one small car. Access to the garage is via a lane – there’s a concrete lip that means it may not be suitable for low-bottom vehicles.

The bedrooms in this home are all on the first and second floor, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. Bedroom three, on the second floor, is in an attic room with sloped ceilings – this room is best suited to children.

There are laptop-friendly workspaces here if you need to catch up on work during your stay.
