Teamwork isn’t the most soulful home on our books, but we’re pretty blown away by its eighth-floor views of Barcelona’s fast-changing cityscape. You also get access to a communal pool, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days. Located in Ciutadella-Port Olímpic, it’s in a relatively quiet area that’s not too far from Bogatell Beach and El Poblenou, Barcelona’s artsy neighbourhood. While anyone can have a good time in this home, the sleeping arrangements (two bedrooms with single beds, one with a bunk bed) make it especially great for families.

Local guide
About La Vila Olímpica
The area surrounding this port used to be part of Barcelona’s industrial landscape, but the 1992 Olympics provided the necessary catalyst for total regeneration. The signature purpose-built blocks for athletes have since been sold on to private owners, and give this neighbourhood a unique look. Over the course of the last twenty years, this has become one of the most sought-after areas to live in Barcelona, especially due to easy beach access and high-quality apartments. It’s mostly a residential neighborhood, full of young families and professionals, with few shops and restaurants.
