Just a five-minute walk from Angel station, House of Jute masterfully uses its space to create a harmonious, tasteful home that smoothly matches organic fabrics with subtle, neutral cabinets and wall colours. Set on the ground floor of a restored Georgian building (Grade II listed, no less), it's a stylish, modern home with period touches like shuttered windows. With the bedroom and en-suite at the back of the apartment, away from the road, it's a peaceful space to return to at the end of a busy day. And while the en-suite may be a bit of a squeeze for some, there is another private bathroom up half a flight of stairs – a helpful addition.

About Angel
Angel is a highly sought-after part of London, and for good reason. It's packed with trendy bars and restaurants lining Upper Street — the main road running from Angel through to Highbury and Islington — and an array of independent shops lining its side streets. A commuter's dream, Angel not only borders the north of London, but is also within walking distance of East London's Shoreditch, and borders King’s Cross...
