Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
We're not going to pretend this home is filled with character, but what it does have is a prime NYC location. On the edge of Murray Hill, this is one of the city's oldest and most charming neighborhoods. The tree-lined streets are filled with brownstone townhouses, and you're within easy walking distance of Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Grand Central Station. If you’re looking for a night on the town, walk a few minutes to Third Avenue for great restaurants and bars. Back at your studio apartment, it's a small but very well-presented space. A great deal of care has been into the choice of modern, comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is fully kitted-out for cooking at home. Best of all, this building has excellent communal amenities – there's a pool if you feel like a few laps, along with a gym, a billiards room and a guest lounge.

About Murray Hill
Murray Hill's streets are filled with a mix of historic townhouses, modern apartment buildings and businesses. This is definitely not Manhattan at its most glamorous - it's decidedly no-frills, but has plenty of congenial, cheap and cheerful dining options, including the many Indian restaurants on what has become known as "Curry...
