Located in the 17th arrondissement between the Batignolles and Parc Monceau, you'll find this home nestled down a very quiet street, surrounded by a pretty courtyard. The whole place has been renovated recently making it feel fresh and new. We love the parquet flooring throughout and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room that keep the space light. The kitchen is very well-equipped too with everything you'd need to cook up a feast. This is a spacious and comfortable home for a couple.

About Monceau - Ternes
This is the residential part of the affluent 8th arrondissement, tucked just behind the Champs Elysée but without the tourists. Your neighbours will mainly be wealthy families but you will also come across quite a few workers going to the office too. It's a safe part of town, well positioned for exploring more vibrant neighbourhoods like Batignolles, Pigalle, or even Grands Boulevards. You'll find lots of high-end shops around Madeleine...
