We love this luxurious home in Les Champs-Elysées, not least because it's surrounded by the designer stores that line the famous boulevard, just four minutes from your apartment. Paris is designed to be explored on foot, and your refined home is perfectly-situated to absorb all the city’s highlights within walking distance. A thoughtfully decorated apartment with some quintessential Parisian features – tall, french doors with iron balconettes and marbled bathrooms – its modern style is exquisitely minimalist. The elegantly sleek kitchen leads onto the open living space, adding to the air of sociability and making this home ideal for small soirées with your loved ones. It must be said, however, that when you’re not entertaining, you’re in an ideal location to make the most of Paris’ roster of restaurants. Wonder through Les Jardins des Champs-Elysées down to Tuileries, stopping in at the Belle Epoch tea room, Angelina, for their Mont-Blanc pastry. Spend the late morning musing the artworks at Musée des Arts Décoratifs or Le Louvre, they’re a fifteen-minute walk from Angelina, before settling in for lunch at Franco-Asian kitchen, Yam T’cha for their steamed bao with comté. While away the afternoon, popping in and out of boutiques around Saint-Germain-des-Prés before... dinner at l’Huîtrerie Régis, for a pedigree-produced menu of smoked scallops, oysters and paired wines. As night falls, wander through the buzzy streets back to your slice of calm.

About Arc de Triomphe - Champs-Élysées
The Champs Elysees is one of the most famous streets in the world, so be prepared to come up against a fair few tourists, though you can sidestep the hordes pretty easily by exploring the side streets just off the main drag. For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by Napoléon...
