Less than fifteen minutes from both Lord’s Cricket Ground and Abbey Road, this elegant home offers a base for cricket lovers or Beatlemaniacs alike. Sixties music fans might also recognise lyrics about an heiress who 'owns a block in Saint John's Wood’ – could this swanky block be the one? The striking red-brick facade of the building is a typically Victorian look that you’ll only see in London. Behind the dominating exterior, this flat is compact but perfectly formed, with an airy layout that’s set up for socialising. While the interior colour palette is calming and neutral, this might be exactly what you need after the bustle of London. With a breakfast island looking out to leafy street views, it's the perfect spot to start your day with an Earl Grey. Head out to grab a luxury pastry for breakfast, before strolling ten minutes to Regent’s Park, one of London’s largest and loveliest green spaces. With the Zoo and Regent’s Canal both located in this Royal Park, you could spend the entire day here, less than a mile from home. But with your nearest tube stop just over a ten-minute walk, the city is yours to explore. Of course when... you get home, curl up by the fire with a glass of red – you’ve earned it.
