Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Joie de Vivre oozes old-school elegance. It’s an old Altbau with high ceilings, herringbone floors, and striking crown moulding. It has everything you need for a good time – a projector for movie nights, bar accessories for making delicious cocktails, and a huge dining room with space for entertaining. Kurfürstendamm is only a stone’s throw away, so no need to hop onto the U-Bahn if you want to go shopping or have dinner in a glamorous restaurant.

Home truths
The wifi was a bit slow when we visited
A dog usually lives here – it won’t be around during your stay, but it might be an issue for people with allergies
Even though there’s a lift to take you to the fourth floor, you will still have to climb a couple of steps to reach the front door

This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Felix lives in Zurich on a day to day basis, but still loves to come back to Berlin to stay in his wonderful apartment. Fortunately for us, he isn’t there much, which is why he rents it out. Eager to share his home with like-minded people, Felix is both a friendly and welcoming host.
