Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Location-wise, this home in Holland Park pretty much nails it if you're looking for a quiet, residential area with easy access to central London. Set among picturesque rows of period houses, this apartment is right around the corner from Holland Park station, which can get you to Oxford Circus in just ten minutes. Also ten minutes away? Vibrant Notting Hill and the world-famous Portobello Road, where you'll find stalls selling everything from antiques to vintage clothes, plus independent coffee shops, mouth-watering eateries and charming gastropubs. Back at home, unwind from the day's adventures on the sumptuous L-shaped sofa. The dual aspect windows flood the room in light, not to mention show off the views of this characterful area. If you're in the mood to cook, rustle up a meal in the well-appointed kitchen – best enjoyed at the breakfast bar – and there's even a small balcony, perfect for watching the sun go down over the rooftops, a glass of wine in hand.

Home truths
While this area is known for period homes, this apartment is actually in a block of flats – from the outside, it's slightly less attractive than the neighbouring houses, but inside, it's bright with lots of space
There's no dining table and chairs in the home, just a breakfast bar with high stools
The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom only has a shower and a sink
This home isn't the most luxurious in our collection, but it's well-presented and the excellent location makes it a great base for exploring West London
