We’ll get right to it – you're onto a winner with this recently refurbished Brooklyn brownstone in the south of Bed Stuy. This neighbourhood is practically a city within Brooklyn and boasts the most extensive collection of Victorian architecture in the country. The home is just one block over from MacDonough Street, which competes annually in the Greenest Block in Brooklyn contest. In addition to being extremely pretty, each brownstone building has a rich cultural history and wandering the neighbourhoods is a delightful way to get to know your surroundings. With its uncluttered spaces, luxury finishes, and ultra-modern kitchen, this home from home offers the luxuries we all crave and some we didn't even know we needed. Exploring further afield couldn't be easier thanks to the proximity of the A/C train at Utica Ave & Kingston (a five-minute walk away), meaning you can be exploring Lower Manhattan or heading through passport control at JFK in around twenty-five minutes.

About Bedford-Stuyvesant
Bedford-Stuyvesant, popularly known as Bed-Stuy (sounds like Bed-Sty), is located in central Brooklyn and nudges up against ultra-hip Williamsburg. It's a neighbourhood that can feel quite different from one block to the next - pristine, historic brownstones on one leafy street and a less aesthetically-pleasing view on the next. It has always had a tight-knit community feel (lots of block parties in the summer months) and in the past decade...
