This is a stunning villa built in 2019 located in Premantura, just 11 km from Pula. This beautiful property is situated in a sunny location only 500 m from the sea and the beach. The villa boasts a large private fenced garden with a wildlife garden and a unique, heated swimming pool with an unconventional shape and internal staircase. Guests can enjoy outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
