Tucked between Piazza di Spagna and the Villa Borghese, you couldn't ask for a better spot to base yourself during your Roman holiday. The cobbled street outside is utterly charming, and even with the crowds milling about a few hundred metres away, it's quite peaceful. The sprawling Villa Borghese is just five minutes away – it's an absolute must-visit, home to lush greenery, city views and beautiful sculptures, plus it's where you'll find the Gigi Proietti Globe Theatre and Museo Pietro Canonica. You're also not far from other tourist attractions – the Spanish Steps are a ten-minute walk, while the Pantheon is reachable in twenty. Inside, the apartment is bright and roomy, with a sleek kitchen and two cosy sofas that you'll want to sink into after a busy. We particularly liked the beautiful artwork of local sights that adorn the walls, and there's even a delicious restaurant downstairs when you don't feel like cooking. End your evenings on the private terrace – just pour yourself a glass of wine and relax as the sun goes down, basking in the magic of Rome.

About Flaminio

Lying just north of the city center, on the left side of the river Tiber, Flaminio stretches from Piazza del Popolo all the way up to Ponte Milvio —the Roman "Bridge of the Arts". Named after Via Flaminia — one of the most ancient Roman roads, connecting the capital to the Adriatic Sea — this neighbourhood is more about modern art & architecture than history.
