This is a beautiful single-family house located in La Trinité sur Mer, just 900 metres from the sea and 1.4km from the beach. The house features large living and dining areas with beautiful furnishings, as well as an open kitchen with modern appliances and a dining nook. There are four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with a French bed and an en-suite shower. Upstairs, there is another room with a French bed and two rooms with twin beds. Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as a garden that is currently being developed.
