Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

This Madrid apartment makes for a convenient base for a group of friends or a small family. It’s an open-plan studio apartment, so privacy is limited – two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space, which is separated from the bedroom with a partition. On the plus side, you’ll have a kitchen to prepare meals in. The apartment is also close to the Manuel Becerra metro station and there are lots of parks and green spaces nearby, including Parque Maria Eva Duarte de Perón.

Home truths

You can park your car at this home, though as parking in Madrid can be tricky we recommend sticking to the city’s easily accessible public transport.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space. This is a studio apartment with only a partition separating the living and sleeping spaces – if you’re hoping for more privacy, we recommend a maximum guest count of two.

While there’s no desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.

About Salamanca

Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’. The demanding clientele has made the food scene equally exclusive, but while you’re likely to find quite a few Michelin-star restaurants in the area, there are lots of relaxed tapas bars for those less willing to splash the cash.
