Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Located in a Georgian building in the heart of Mayfair, just a short stroll away from Hyde Park, this apartment connects you to London's most iconic landmarks. From Oxford Street to Buckingham Palace, sightseeing here is a breeze. Though the dining table doesn't seat the whole group at capacity, there's space in the living room and out on the terrace (a rarity in London). Plus, with so many restaurants on your doorstep, you'll likely be eating out more than in. The home is comfortable and modern, but there's not loads of natural light, and two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. But, factor in the central location and picturesque neighbourhood and it's easy to see why it's in our collection.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
While the terrace is photographed, we expect the quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
If you're travelling for work, you won't find a desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
Hen and stag parties are not allowed. Your host asks that you please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
Though there isn't air-conditioning here, your host provides portable fans.
Parking in London can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

About Mayfair
Mayfair needs no introduction - it is quite simply the epicentre of luxury London, the place to satisfy the most extravagant tastes in food, fashion, jewellery and art. Home to Bond Street, Savile Row, and Cork Street, Mayfair is stuffed full of history and monopoly players will know that real estate doesn't come cheap here. Once you've shopped til you drop, we recommend a lavish afternoon tea: will it be Claridge's, Fortnum & Masons or The Ritz? Take your pick.
