Slow down at this Dorset cottage set within an exclusive lakeside holiday complex surrounded by a sprawling nature reserve. With a shared outdoor heated pool, spa, forest adventure playgrounds, recreational lakes, and endless walking trails, there are plenty of reasons to linger here. Though for a change of scene, the bustling towns of Dorchester and Weymouth and the mighty Jurassic coast are an easy drive away. When it’s time to cosy up back at this newly-built cottage, there’s a log burner to hunker down beside in winter months and a garden for barbecues on long summer nights. It’s worth noting that while the outdoor space is picturesque, it’s not enclosed so make sure to say hello to your neighbours.
