Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Perched along an idyllic cobbled street, the antique facade of this mews home is at perfect odds with its vibrant, modern interiors. Found right in the centre of the city yet, quietly tucked away behind the splendour of Charlotte Square, the location is unbeatable. Once inside, it's a contemporary home, with a neutral palette but plenty of soft furnishings and art to add warmth. The cosy living room is tucked beneath the eaves, and there’s a dedicated workspace fit for an architect by the staircase. The master bedroom benefits from those big windows mews houses are known for, filling the space with light. If you’re not taking advantage of the bars and restaurants on nearby George Street, the sleek white kitchen hides myriad appliances and crockery to make your life easy.

There’s a lot more than beautiful architecture on offer here though. Located in the centre of the city, it’s a short walk from Waverley Station, and well serviced by public transport. Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square, and the West End...
