There are plenty of reasons to linger at this lakeside retreat in West Dorset. Part of an exclusive country estate, the shared perks include a communal heated swimming pool, spa, gym, tennis courts, biking trails, lakes for water sports, and a children's playground. Organised fun not your thing? The shores of Ringsted Bay, Corfe Castle and Durdle Door are just a short drive away. Sustainably built, the first-floor living area with a wood-burning fire and views of the lake is a nice touch, as are the countless balconies. And although the small private garden may feel compact, there are wider shared grounds to spill out into, with a fire pit and barbecue for stargazing.

Host

This home is managed by Oliver

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
