Found in the well-heeled Upper East Side, this penthouse is a sleek yet comfortable base ideal for several families or a group of friends travelling together. It's important to note that guests need to climb four flights of stairs just to reach the entrance here, and the home itself is spread over three floors – you'll certainly be getting a workout here. That said, such an ascent does mean you get a view of the local area from the roof terrace, which we were big fans of – the outdoor seating is ideal for alfresco dining if you want to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Salisbury I is a luxurious and spacious duplex penthouse apartment in Lenox Hill, an affluent Upper East Side area in New York City. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this apartment boasts plank hardwood flooring, exposed brick, and a brand new custom kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher. The living areas are perfect for entertaining, with ample closet space and multiple windows that provide plenty of natural light. Step outside onto the outdoor rooftop to soak up the view and sunshine. This property includes an in-unit washer/dryer and may allow pets with approval.... Each Rove property includes a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. TVs are powered by Roku and offer free access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+. Rove workstations include ergonomic chairs, electric standing desks, ultra-high-definition monitors with integrated docking stations, and Logitech wireless keyboards and mice.
