Moored up along the Regent’s Canal, this houseboat is in the heart of London. Regent’s Park is right next door and Primrose Hill is on the other bank. Plus, the buzzing heart of Camden Lock is a short walk away. The space inside has been carefully considered with two double bedrooms (one with a fold-out sofa bed), a full kitchen and cosy living room. There’s no chance of cabin fever with additional outdoor areas – lounge seating on the canalside and plenty of room to spread out on a towel on the rooftop. Of course, as a narrowboat, there are lots of amenities tucked away and fold-out features. It wouldn’t suit those that like oodles of space.

Home truths
This is a narrow houseboat, so space is at a premium and there are various ladder-like stairs and steps to negotiate inside.
Moored on a working canal, you may hear and feel other boats passing this floating home.
Of course, as it is a houseboat, it's on an open body of water and children should be supervised at all times outside.
The second bedroom has a sofa bed for two. It also has a panel that turns it into an ensuite.
There is no parking with this home, but you're in the centre of London with all amenities within walking distance and plenty of public transport links.

About Primrose Hill
Primrose Hill is easy to fall in love with. With its beautiful pastel-coloured townhouses, winding high street packed with charming independent restaurants and boutiques, it has a similar feel to Notting Hill but without all the tourists piling down Portobello Road. Its relaxed village feel makes it hard to believe that you are in fact just a thirty minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the West End....
