An excellent base amid Passy's shops and eateries, this seventh-floor apartment is perched near the Trocadéro Gardens and not far from the Eiffel Tower. Taller guests might have to mind the sloped ceilings, but the light living space promises a lovely spot for itinerary planning. While the second bedroom has internal windows, the curtains offer nighttime privacy. Best suited to those with busy schedules, this home lacks air conditioning and a television. That said, the small desk is a bonus for business travellers.

Home truths

This home has no air conditioning for the warmer months.

The second bedroom has a glazed partition wall that is semi-open to the living area, but there are curtains and a sliding door for privacy.

The sloped ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.

There's no TV here, so you'll have to bring your own entertainment and stream shows on your personal devices.

The bathtub is square-shaped. It isn't long enough to stretch your legs and is high off the ground.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

There's a dedicated desk space here if you need to catch up on work during your stay.

Just across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro is like the Brooklyn of Paris – all the unique charm of the city and an iconic view of the skyline from the other side of the water. In the heart of the neighbourhood, the manicured park of Jardins du Trocadéro leads across the Seine and to the Iron Lady herself. A sprawling museum complex, pathways between the fountains, and a...
