This modern villa is a welcome oasis near the charming fishing village of Marzamemi, just south of Syracuse. From here, it's a short drive to the beautiful towns of Noto and Modica, but the real joy is the proximity to the beach. Only 400 meters from San Lorenzo's sandy shores and calm waters, this home is for sun-loving families. And you can see that in the effort that's gone into the outside space. Manicured gardens, a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and ample seating are the crowning glory. Still, though the interior doesn't quite live up to the outside, it's spacious and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable space.

This is a single-level home.
The swimming pool – available for use between 1st March and 30th November – isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
