Without a doubt, what truly won us over about this home was the location. Just a stone's throw from Regent's Park and on the edge of Marylebone and Fitzrovia, this is an incredible location from which to experience quintessential London. The home itself feels modern and luxurious, with a high standard across all the amenities and finishes. We particularly liked the bedrooms which have plump bedding and crisp white linens. An added bonus is the building's services, which include access to a residents' only gym.

Wedged between Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden and Marylebone, Fitzrovia is a haven for foodies, art lovers and shoppers alike. You'll be rubbing shoulders with stylish local architects, gallerists and other artsy animals every evening from 6pm onwards, either sipping a cocktail in a glamorous bar or having a pint in one of the many historic and characterful local pubs.
