Minutes away from the Hollywood Reservoir, this sophisticated house is a gateway to everything from the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory to the Walk of Fame and Santa Monica Pier and Beach. Whilst nature lovers will delight in the sheer number of hiking trails in the area, those who prefer to lean into the laidback vibe of California will find the outdoor areas here irresistible. A private pool is only outshined by the mountain views from the balcony with a firepit. And the internal elevator makes this home a little more accessible for family members with mobility issues. Central, luxe and family-friendly? Check, check and check.
