This Grade II listed house on the edge of Taunton dates back to the 1850s. There are over two acres of land and it boasts beautiful countryside views from the huge windows inside. High-ceiling rooms feature huge fireplaces and chandeliers like the manor homes of old and there’s room for big celebrations in the banquet-sized dining area. A dedicated kids’ playroom lets you know it’s family-friendly and the kitchen is warmed by an Aga in the winter months. Outside, you’ll find a private hot tub, endless lawns, a tree swing hidden in the woodland and countryside rambles right on your doorstep.
