• Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for an additional $40 each per night, with prior approval from your host

• If you'll be arriving after 11:15pm, you'll be charged a late arrival fee of up to $100 per hour

• Please let your host know if you'd like to use the large communal swimming pool during your stay – there'll be an additional fee
