This picture-perfect, red-brick barn has been transformed into a luxe country retreat, just on the edge of Brecon Beacons National park. From the traditional wood-burning fireplace and oak dining table, to the plush floral sofas and wood-top kitchen island, this is a bright and homely place to stay. Relax in the large cinema room or the cosy library - offering all the wholesome entertainment you’d need for a getaway in the countryside. The bedrooms have deluxe mattresses and tartan throws, while luxurious bathrooms feature glamorous roll-top soaking tubs. The barn is drenched in light from floor-to-ceiling windows that let in sublime, uninterrupted views of the rolling green landscape. Park the kids in the play area or on the manicured football lawn, and put your feet up in the alfresco dining area with all those views. While located in the heart of the country, the home is near bars and pubs, as well as the local village, so you can explore the local area with ease.

Host

This home is managed by Oliver

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.

This home is nominated for the Plum Guide Award.
