Surrounded by its own private gardens, this historic and beautifully renovated villa is perfect for those seeking a relaxing retreat in the Tuscan countryside, as well as groups wanting a base to explore thriving cultural and nature hubs nearby – the charming commune of Terranuova Bracciolini is a mere five minutes' walk away. Day trips to Florence, the home to many Renaissance masterpieces, is less than an hour drive away too. For the nature lovers amongst us, there are two nature reserves in the Arezzo province and the River Arno is just minutes from your door. Alternatively, you can take in the stunning views of the idyllic natural surroundings just by lounging by the pool or from the bedroom in the ancient lookout tower. Inside, elegant furniture and large windows provide plenty of natural light to the sectioned, open-plan living spaces. This home dates way back to ancient Roman times – you’ll feel its rich history from the ancient-vaulted ceiling and stone archways the moment you step foot over the threshold.

Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways.
