Or if you're in the mood to shop, the Westgate Shopping Centre is just one minute away across the road. Now, how's that for a location? Back at home, there's a distinct Scandi feel about the modern apartment. Guests rave about how pristine and fresh the interiors are, and we'd agree. Crash out on the highly-sinkable sofas after days gallivanting about Oxford, and if you're in town on business, there's a handy desk to keep on top of emails. But our favourite spot has to be the two balconies – an all-too-rare treat in central Oxford where outdoor space is scarce. It's an ideal place to watch the hustle and bustle with a glass of wine and snack on the goodies from the welcome hamper that your host leaves you. It would be rude not to.
