This spectacular London townhouse is central enough to share a postcode with the King (Buckingham Palace is just a ten-minute walk). Yet, the laid-back, village-like atmosphere of Pimlico means that it's perfectly suited to a family getaway in the heart of the capital. Throughout, you'll find ornate ceilings, marble fireplaces, elegant chandeliers and period fireplaces, alongside all the mod cons. The kitchen is the beating heart of this home, with its gas range, open-plan dining area and access to a suntrap terrace perfect for summer evenings. But that's not the only outdoor space – this home is also blessed with a balcony and a charming patio garden filled with the intoxicating scent of jasmine and wisteria. Netflix and board games are provided whilst the study offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the home for those who need to get some work done – striking the perfect balance between communal living while also providing privacy when it's needed. When the urge to explore strikes, there are plenty of scenic paths running along the Thames and through nearby parks (St James's, Battersea, and Hyde parks are all around a twenty-minute walk) while the shopping hotspots of Covent Garden,... Oxford St and Harrods are all a short Tube ride away. And if you fancy a swim or a quick workout, you'll find an excellent sports centre with a gym and multiple pools just two minutes from your front door.

Host
This home is managed by Adrienne
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Adrienne & Martin spent many happy years in Pimlico and have been renting out properties for almost 40 years. They have diverse backgrounds in the theatre, arts, writing and research and a keen eye for design which they’ve used to re-design their three Pimlico homes. Although now North London residents, Adrienne never lost her love for Pimlico’s charming village atmosphere and close-knit community so she has plenty of great recommendations to help guests enjoy the area as much as she always has.
