Bringing together history, comfort and style, Appletree is a cosy eighteenth-century cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds. The cottage has been thoughtfully modernised while preserving its original features including exposed wooden beams, thick stone walls and an inglenook fireplace. Settle down in style after wholesome days out exploring the quintessential British countryside. Located in the charming town of Bourton-on-the-Water, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to the wide range of independent shops, pubs, cafes and tea rooms within walking distance. Plus you'll have the ease of convenience of being situated within easy reach of three local supermarkets in the village. And it goes without saying, there are tons of country walks with beautiful hilltop views that are guaranteed to make you fall in love with this picturesque part of the country. With three bedrooms and the capacity to sleep up to five guests, we think a family will be well looked after in this sensitively modernised home with its roaring fire, fine bedrooms and blissfully picturesque garden setting.
