Hop on the Balboa ferry, a six-minute walk from your home, and cruise over to the Balboa Fun Zone with the kids in a little over fifteen minutes. Spend evenings at the Newport Beach pier, just over a mile and a half further down the beach. Here, your family can enjoy renowned eateries, creamy gelato, and live music. Alternatively, explore the shops of Balboa’s own Marine Ave, a five-minute walk away from your home. On returning to the house, unwind on the patio and enjoy stellar sunsets and the starlit sky.
