This former leather workshop is bursting with character. This bohemian home is ideal for a cat-loving family or group of friends who want to stay in a creative part of town with two feline companions. Just a five-minute walk to Le Marais with its cool bars and restaurants, this home is ideal for wandering through Paris on foot, or get around on the two bicycles provided. There's plenty to see under a ten-minute stroll away, such as the Pompidou Centre and the Musée National Picasso-Paris. The apartment itself face a quiet internal courtyard and has oodles of exotic artwork and sculptures, while the exposed wooden beams lend a warehouse vibe. The highlight, though, is the outdoor space with its shaded deck, a real bonus for this part of central Paris – it's perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine with lunch.
