It’s impossible not to fall in love with this enchanting manor house, set in 75 acres of majestic grounds in North Wales. The Grade II listed building dates back to the seventeenth century, and you’ll find charming historical details everywhere you look. The master bedroom is truly magical, with a carved four-poster bed, copper bathtub and wood-panelled walls. The grounds are full of surprises to discover, from the Japanese pavilion and the spectacular vardo to the giant chessboard and winding woodland paths. The nearby River Dwyfach offers gorgeous walks through the Welsh countryside, and you can even go salmon fishing. Prepare your catch and serve it in the dining room – with its long oak table and grand stone fireplace you'll dine like kings and queens. After eating, retire to the stately living room where you can tell tales around the fire or perhaps play a tune on the baby grand piano. You won’t ever want to leave this wondrous playground.
