Setting the tone for a fun coastal getaway in Penzance, this wonderfully central cottage has comfort and entertainment in spades. Wake to views over the sea and the Jubilee Pool before enjoying an alfresco breakfast on the sunny patio. Should you want to relax before a day of sightseeing, there are plenty of books to enjoy as well as an Xbox 360 in the living room. After ample lounging, make a beeline for the Jubilee Pool (a two-minute walk) – the UK's biggest and most celebrated art deco seawater lido – or take a stroll along the Penzance Promenade, just one minute away on foot. Penzance Harbour is also a six-minute stroll, while the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole is a nine-minute drive away. After a day of sea air, come back home and pop a record on as you fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast under the stars.
