The sound of waves crashing against the shore can be heard from every corner of this beachfront home. You'll find it perched peacefully on the hillside, overlooking Praa Sands and offering uninterrupted views of the sea. Here, you're a five-minute stroll from the beach and idyllically nestled between Penzance, Marazion and Porthleven, all reachable within twenty minutes by car. Cocooned by wildflowers and a lush sloping lawn, this home promises tranquillity. Outside, the sea-facing terrace beckons you to relax in the splendour of your surroundings. Spend mornings roosted here with a cup of coffee, allowing the sea breeze to awaken you from your slumber before slipping out for a bracing walk on the beach. At mealtimes, make use of the alfresco dining furniture, crafted from recycled plastic bottles and complemented by a charcoal barbecue for those impromptu cookouts. Inside, spacious rooms are stylishly decorated, cloaked in a coastal-inspired colour palette of soothing blues and earthy neutrals. Large windows usher in heaps of natural light while providing scenic snapshots of the coast. We especially love the open-plan living space, dressed to the nines for relaxation. Spend your downtime in the cosy lounge, curled up beside the warm glow of the wood-burning fireplace.... The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for home chefs. Though, if you don't fancy cooking, we recommend grabbing pizzas from The Post Office cafe, two minutes away on foot.
