A first-floor flat that was only recently refurbished, this home sits in the popular town of Cromer. It’s part of an impressive Victorian villa facing a park, offering charming views and a lovely place for children to play. As we all know, the coastal weather can be a bit unpredictable but you can relax in the knowledge that the L-shaped sofa has plenty of space for you to flop down with a book or a great movie. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals when you want to eat in, perhaps using some locally-caught fish. And, come evening you can curl up in one of the cosy bedrooms for a fabulous night's sleep. When the sun shines, there are tonnes of local attractions that are sure to keep you busy during your trip to the seaside. The Happy Valley walking trail is located just moments away from the home and takes you through the woods, along the coast, and down to the water's edge. Cromer Beach is only a ten-minute walk away, and keen golfers will also delight in the fact that you can walk to the Royal Cromer Golf Club in five minutes.
