There’s more to this barn conversion than meets the eye. Beyond the character features like velvet sofas and hand-painted wardrobes, you’ll find a dog-friendly enclosed garden. This place really makes the most of outdoor living with a huge corner sofa and outdoor dining table in the walled patio. A great base to explore north Norfolk, it’s just a 15-minute walk into the village of Roughton – with a 24-hour shop, good pub and an award-winning fish and chip shop. And the seaside resort of Cromer is just a 15-minute drive away. Spend your days exploring the area's many sandy beaches, hunt for Cromer's famous crabs or explore the National Trust land at West Runton and Beeston Regis Heath.

Additional fees
Private exclusive 5-seater hot tub with 24 hydrotherapy jets and LED lighting at an additional £55 charge. Please request it at time of booking. The £55 cost of the hot tub is not included in the price you see on the booking calendar on this page. Although the owners do their best, they cannot always guarantee the water will be fully heated up to 38 degrees for the first night of a booking.
