Home truths

It's on the first floor of a building with no lift

At capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room – this will be at the expense of lounge space, however, so we think this home is better suited to two adults

The bedroom has an internal window with no blinds that looks out onto the living area

There's a breakfast bar here but no formal dining space

The building's entrance and courtyard are communal

Please note that the apartment's water tank can hold up to four hot showers with a maximum duration of seven minutes – the tank only fills up overnight

We recommend skipping the car here and using Paris' public transport instead

It's possible you might hear some noise from neighbours during your stay
