Open the front door of this funky home and step straight back into the 1970s. With a signature disco ball, trippy lights and lava lamps in the open concept living space, it’s basically what happens if you plonk Studio 54 in the middle of the desert. Each of the bedrooms has its own groovy theme. There’s psychedelic underwater lighting in the aqua room, a star machine to mellow out beneath in the cloud room and we really dig the master suite with its velvet bed, fit for any disco Casanova. The good vibes continue outside, with dreamy views of the Morongo Basin from the patio, a six-person hot tub, and a private pool for cooling off. As night falls, the house lights up inside and out with far-out LED lighting. Unleash your inner Donna Summer in the lounge, saddle up at the bar with a martini, or enjoy your own disco inferno around the firepit. You’re only twenty-five minutes from the party people of Palm Springs, and the same from the wild landscapes of Joshua Park, but here’s the skinny – this joint is the kind of party you’re not going to want to leave.
