This stunning loft-style apartment in the heart of Williamsburg has New York cool written all over it. Dark wood floors, a moody colour palette in the kitchen and metro tiles combine with tropical prints and modern art to create a look that’s funky yet grown-up. The real wow factor here is the vast crittall-style window that floods the apartment with light and gives it a sense of space that’s hard to find in NYC. You’re conveniently close to the pulsing energy of the city centre (five minutes from the subway and NYC Ferry) but with Williamsburg’s relaxed cafes, bars and shops on your doorstep. Head up to the shared roof terrace for a knockout view over Manhattan as the sun begins to drop. There’s a shared lounge in the building as well, ideal for meetings, drinks or just having a different space to relax in, and fitness fans will be happy to know that there’s a gym in-house for those all-important sweat sessions.
