From the moment you arrive at this decadent palazzo, perched in one of the finest locations in the city along the Grand Canal, you feel like Venetian royalty. Taking you back to the era of masquerade balls, the baroque-style living room has nothing to hide behind, with bespoke furnishings, ornate rugs, and a dazzling crystal chandelier – to stay here is to move into a bygone era of elegance and sophistication. The sunshine peeks in through stunning Murano glass encased in gothic archway windows, bathing the living space in natural light. Each room is filled with magnificent features – think fresco ceilings, regal portraits and opulent touches. We particularly love the communal courtyard that shows off the Venician architecture with endless charm. Since Piazza San Marco is only an eighteen-minute walk away, you’re surrounded by the delights of Venice. Visit the historic St. Mark’s Basilica, amble around the Palazzo Ducale, climb the Campanile bell tower, or take a glamorous gondola ride through the entire city – all reachable in less than a twenty minute's walk. Retreat to your eloquent palace, relaxing on the sun-dappled balcony, sipping a spritz Veneziano as the vaporettos cruise down the canal.

About Rialto

Rialto is right in the middle of Venice’s other main districts – it doesn't really get more central than this. It’s a favourite with tourists, particularly as its less hectic than San Marco (this is all relative though – everywhere in Venice is packed). It’s intersected by many small intertwining canals, which make for good views and plenty of opportunity for gondola rides, if that's your cup of tea. Perhaps...
