Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Set across two stone villas and surrounded by beautiful Umbrian countryside, this home is perfect for groups of family or friends looking for a rural retreat. In the tranquil gardens encircling the villas, you'll find outdoor dining spaces and sun loungers sitting in the shade of fruit trees – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Spend your days taking dips in the swimming pool, and enjoy a barbecue on the terrace in the evening. You’ll wake up to stunning views of the Umbrian hills from the main villa's bedrooms, and if you're staying in the annexe, you can enjoy direct access to the garden from your room. Though it contains modern amenities, the home's style evokes forgotten centuries – wooden beams adorn the ceilings, and an ornate wood burner is the centrepiece of the living space. You could spend all your time at the villa, alternating between relaxing in the indoor and outdoor spaces, but don't miss your chance to explore the local area. Your home is just a short drive from historic Todi, and the city of Perugia is an easy day trip. On warm evenings, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace as the sun... goes down, and on cooler nights, curl up on the sofa in the living room in front of the wood burner.
