    At maximum capacity, one of the guests will be sleeping on the single bed in the study

    The home is accessed via an 800m unpaved road that's very narrow for the last 100m

    The hosts sometimes stay in a separate property on-site, but you'll have the home, swimming pool and grounds to yourself

    The swimming pool is open and available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October

    City taxes are not included in the price of the stay and will be collected in person upon check-in

    If you arrive between 8 pm and 12 am, you'll need to pay an €80 late arrival fee

    We recommend having a car in this area – the home has on-site parking
