Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Located in a neighbourhood known for its elegant Belle Epoque buildings, it seems fitting that this 9th Arrondissement flat reflects the decadence of its historic surroundings. The home has more than just a touch of theatre to it, with grand, ornate cornices and architraves, red and black stained glass windows, Persian rugs, antique furnishings, Juliet balconies and elaborate crystal chandeliers. The formal living room and dining room’s sense of drama is juxtaposed with sleek modern touches though, like the kitchen’s crisp white cabinets and black bar stools as well as the contemporary grey tiling in the bathrooms. A perfect blend of old meets new, this apartment invites sumptuous tea parties and soirees as well as laid-back lounging. When you’re not soaking up the grandeur of your chic city pad, go out and explore the surrounding sights. The Palais Garnier opera house, Galeries Lafayette department store and the old-world arcades along the Grand Boulevards are all within walking distance, as is Montmartre with its narrow streets, Sacré-Coeur Basilica and iconic Moulin Rouge.

About South Pigalle

South Pigalle, previously a rather seedy corner of Paris (home to the Moulin Rouge), has picked up a new nickname, 'SoPi', and gone all trendy.
